Neha Gogineni

Sensei Neha Gogineni began learning Isshinryu karate with FSDC in 2010. Currently, Neha attends karate around three times a week and helps teach as often as possible. She attends many tournaments and has performed for the community several times with the friends she has made at FSDC. On August 2nd 2015, at the age of 14, Neha Gogineni tested for and received the rank of Sho Dan Ho, or first degree junior black belt. In 2018, she earned the rank of third degree adult black belt.

The Isshinryu Hall of Fame recognized her as one of the top five Young Female Karate Kas 13-17 in 2016 and 2018, and one of the top five Female Instructors in 2018. In 2016, Neha came in 1st in kata and 3rd in kumite at the IHOF tournament.

Aside from karate, Neha enjoys playing volleyball, biking, and spending time with family and friends.
